As soon as a moment passes, it is gone - forever. Time is something we can never get back. We must use our memories to preserve fun times and touching moments. But as we continue to make new memories, the old may be forgotten. At Moments in Time, we strive to capture those wonderful every day moments so that they can be preserved and remembered throughout our lives and treasured by generations to come.
My name is Rhonda Smith, and I love capturing these moments in time, through photography. I have always loved taking pictures and received my first camera, a Polaroid One Step, for Christmas when I was ten years old. It was a gift from my parents, and I loved it dearly. I used to dress my younger sister up and have "portrait sessions" with her as my subject. My mom even agreed to be my subject at times. As I've grown in photography (and updated my camera) I still have that great passion for taking pictures that began when I was a child.
One of my favorite things about photography is capturing people just doing what they do. I love capturing their true characters and the natural expressions of who they are.
